We first sold the rear unit at this Fellows Road address back in Summer 2022/23, achieving the vendors' target price in a swift and seamless campaign. So when it came time to sell Unit 1 two years on, they came back to Kerleys.
In the interim, the market had softened. We held weekly Open for Inspections across the whole duration - rain, hail, or shine. We prioritised consistent communication with our vendors throughout, even when there was little to report, because keeping people informed is the job.
In the end, we achieved a price within the adjusted range that reflected the realities of the current market. The contract went unconditional, and within a week of settlement, we received something which was a first... an email from the vendors requesting we increase our fee. Truly, one in a million.
