Hello from the Coast where life as we know it, really has been turned upside down.


We have implement our COVID-19 Management Plan. This has enabled us to continue to operate remotely and provide an almost full suite of Real Estate services.


Thankfully, we already have the most up to date cloud-based property management software system, so all rental payments will continue to be received, administered and disbursed as usual, by our team.


Our holiday rental forward bookings will continue to be accepted where we consider applicable, and we have a team of reliable, local tradespeople committed to being on standby for Kerleys customers, should they be required.


Our sales department has been internet based for more than two decades, so it will continue as is.  Conducting property inspections may present a challenge, which we will deal with accordingly.


Our website and social media platforms will be regularly updated, and emails monitored throughout the day, just as they are now.


Then of course, there is the phone 03 5258 4100 or my mobile 0416 035 000 which will always be on, should you require assistance or real estate advice. May I stress to each and every client, no matter will be too great or too small.  It’s times like this when expert advice and assistance is critical, and I will be available.

Whilst I can’t say it will be business as usual, I can say we will continue to provide an excellent service to all clients by working differently during this period, thanks to our agile business operations.


I’ll also say I’m sure real estate internet browsing levels will increase substantially throughout the period.
